BAKED SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP 1 cup mayo or salad dressing 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 can (about 14oz) artichoke hearts, drained & coarsely chopped 1 box (9oz) Green Giant frozen chopped spinach thawed & squeeze to drain 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 1/4 cup monterey jack or mozzerella cheese 1oz. Toast baguette slices, or use tortilla chips. Heat oven to 350 degrees mix mayo, parmesan cheese, stir in artichokes, spinach & bell pepper. Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole dish, sprinkle monterey jack cheese on top. Cover and bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with the toasted baquettes, or tortilla chips
