CHEESY BEER DIP WITH CHIVES 1 can (18oz) Progresso recipe starters creamy 3 cheese cooking sauce 1/2 TSP ground mustard 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar (6oz) 1/3 cup beer or non alcoholic beer 2 tbsp chopped chives Cut french, italian, or sourdough bread into chunks or pretzels work well too. In 2 quart saucepan heat cooking sauce and ground mustard to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in cheese til melted, stir in beer til well blended, if you have a fondue pot you can pour cheese into it keep on low or just fill serving bowl garnish with chives. You can return cheese dip to stove on low. (making sure you stir it occasionally) A great easy dip!!
