SPICY KC BBQ NACHOS 8 oz Triangle corn chips 2 cups shredded cheddar (8oz) 1 can spicy chili beans undrained (16oz) 1 container (18oz) refrigerated shredded pork in BBQ sauce (you can use chicken also or make your own) 1/4 cup old El Paso pickled jalapeno slices, drained & chopped (12oz jar) 1 cup tangy vinaigrette style coleslaw drained (optional) 2 medium green onions chopped ( 2tbsp) Heat oven to 400 degrees line 12 inch pizza pan on large cookie sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Spread the half the chips sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese over chips in medium bowl. Mix chili beans, pork, & jalapeno's. Drop half the mix by small spoons over chips, repeat layers with chips, cheese & pork mixture. Bake 12-15 minutes or til cheese is melted top with coleslaw (optional)!
