Crock pot cooking.....hard to beat.
This recipe is so easy and so good.
Ingredients: 1 cup pineapple juice [or 1 can undrained pineapple chunks] 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup light soy sauce 2 lbs chicken breast tenderloins [cut or whole]
Add all ingredients to pot. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours
Serve over rice
