Yorkies were made originally to eat with meat stews, etc. They bake into neat little 'cups' and one would fill them with a meat stew or similar. I like mine on the sweet side, to eat plain like a muffin, or fill with fruit, pie filling, yogurt, etc. I use this recipe....and tweak it for my liking, actually I only ADD 1/4 cup of sugar and a pinch of salt. Recipe link: allrecipes.com/recipe/quick-and-easy-yorkshire-pudding/detail.aspxI also do half white flour and half whole wheat flour on occasion. Also whole wheat only....but.... Reduce flour to 3/4 cup WW flour Increase sugar to 3/8 cup Cooking time to 23 minutes at the 350degree heat portion
